Plan- To understand the basics of dreamweaver and get a jumpstart on creating webpages

 

 

How I spent my time:

 

Spent time surfing on Atomic Learning. Found tutorials for Dreamweaver.

 

Going to systematically work on these tutorials.

 

 

Goal: Learn to use Dreamweaver efficiently.

Loaded up Dreamweaver onto my computer

 

Searched the web for different tutorials, looked at the tutorials that Mrs.Miner provided and decide that Atomic Learning seemed fit.

 

Decided to pick a random topic.

Continued to work on my resorts webpage

 

 

Reviewed what I had done the previous week with Atomic Learning

 

Spent time surfing for free CSS templates, decided that the ones provided with Dreamweaver would suffice.

 

 

 

November 24, 2007

 

 

Went on Vacation for ThanksGiving.

 

Made up the time on Sunday.

 

Continued working through the Atomic Learning Tutorials.

 

Finished my rough homepage.

 

 

December 1, 2007

 

Overall, this experience has been quite beneficial.

 

I have no where near learned everything that Dreamweaver has to offer, but just a small percentage.

 

I have found this program very interesting and I believe that I will continue to work with it.

 

The "Resort" topic was something just so I could apply what the tutorials had shown me and was totally arbitrarly picked.

 

 

December 13th, 2007

 

Unfortuantely, my computer had to be reformatted.

 

Today, I found a free web host, but not a domain, it should suffice for now.

 

Using everything that I have learned from this enrichment, I created a rough sketch of a webpage.

 

This webpage will be under further development and much more will come.

 

I will continue to look at tutorials for Dreamweaver, and ultimately become very adept at using the program
